What is your return policy?

Please return item within 10 days of receiving the parcel. Unfortunately we do not pay the delivery fee for the return. This would be paid at your local post office or courier. Once the item is returned back to us, we will process the refund and the timing may vary depending on your payment method.

Please note, that if the return cannot be verified via proof of postage, no refund will be issued. Hearthstone will not be held liable for the cost of any items returned without valid tracking.

How to return?

Go to the contact page , email us about your enquiry and we will send a return form to you. Please complete this with images/screenshots and we will work to resolve any issues.

My package arrived damaged?

Hearthstone offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrive badly damaged.

We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.) Please open a dispute within 5 days after you have received your package. For electronic items please open a dispute within 10 days from receiving your order.

I have not received my order?

Hearthstone are not liable to refund you if the the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.

If the tracking information shows "Alert", the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) Invalid number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Did not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

The local courier will deliver 1-3 times depending on the situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You will need to collect the package or the product will be returned to us.

My order is incorrect?

For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.

For products with the wrong colour or size (which doesn’t affect product function etc.) We can offer a refund or we can resend.

For missing parts that do not affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part.

Order disputes?

Hearthstone shall not accept any unreasonable disputes.

a. You do not like the product.

b. The product description is not accurate.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The shipping address was incorrect.

How long is the delivery period?

UK 6-12 days

USA 10-20 days
